A Job to be Done

I am a truck driver. I have been driving the truck for about three years now. I learnt driving in the Driving Schools UK. Their excellent training helped me get the job immediately after my training was over. Their selection procedure had three phases. First is an online test which is generally a screening type test. The test determines our state of eligibility required for driving such as age, health conditions, etc.

I would rather go to hell if I had to attend a test. I was not doing well with my studies because I do not like examinations, tests and all that. However I went to attend the second test which is a written test to check my ability to understand logical as well as analytical questions despite the fact that I hated tests.

I could not forget the days I spent in the Driving Schools UK during my training. I used to visit the school on my moped. I bought that second-hand moped especially for this purpose.

I have a passion for driving long distances, so I chose the driving as my career. My diploma programme was of six months duration. I enjoyed my life all through the six months of my training. I learnt a lot about driving there. The course included all the necessary topics.

At the end of the sixth month, we had a lot of campus interviews going on. I participated in all of the interviews until I got selected by a company. The selection procedure included driving test and fitness test. I should thank the Driving Schools UK for helping me to make my career successful.

My truck is a national permit, so I am able to visit every part of UK. My company is a big one doing courier services. I will take the parcels to different cities in a day. Now, I know every nook and corner of London and other major cities. Although I get a lot of offers from big companies with a good salary package, I am still reluctant to leave my current job as a group of people who all took training with me at the same time has been working with me. I do not want to part from them. We would often recall our days we spent in the driving school.
